Meet Tre Savoie

I’m Tre, an emotional guide for grieving mothers walking the tender path of healing from the unthinkable.

My own awakening came after the profound personal loss of my daughter. Through that journey I discovered how to hold grief with compassion while nurturing the soul back into light I know what it means to rebuild your world piece by piece.

Grief changes you. But with the right support, it can also awaken you.

My work is developed from my education, a BA in Psychology, a MA in Nutrition, and advanced certifications in Health Coaching and The Eden Method along with years of study in diverse spiritual and religious practices in my own journey toward healing deep grief.

This program is a blend of emotional psychology, energy medicine, and grounded spiritual practices to help you feel safe in your body and connected to your loved one’s presence — not just their memory.
